Novapure Systems Inc. (the “Company”), headquartered in Calgary, incorporated in July 2002 and operational since September 2002, was founded in response to serious global health and environmental concerns related to indoor air quality, e.g., asthma, allergies, and other environmental sensitivities. The drive to greater energy efficiency of buildings has increased the adverse health effects of microbial and chemical contamination. Current regulatory changes regarding occupational health and safety bode well for the company’s products and services. Between home and office, people spend about 90% of their day indoors. Novapure provides products, services, and technologies that monitor (inspection and testing) and enhance (decontamination and control) indoor air quality (IAQ).

Products
Novapure’s core products combine the germicidal efficiency of high-energy ultraviolet light (UV-C band) with photocatalysis to destroy a wide range of pathogens/allergens (bacteria, viruses, molds, pollens, volatile organic compounds, etc.) that contaminate the indoor air and surfaces of residences and commercial and institutional/industrial buildings.
Manufacturing and marketing of fixed and portable UV light/photocatalytic air purifiers (for control of airborne microbials, allergens, and VOCs).
Manufacturing and/or supply of anti-microbial and anti-VOC photocatalytic coatings for walls, ceilings, and floors.
Marketing of nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) chemicals and equipment.
Marketing of chlorine dioxide de-odorizing and disinfecting products.
Novapure products and services are marketed through a growing network of dealers and business alliances currently concentrated in Canada but ultimately targeting the global demand for cost effective indoor air quality enhancement.
