Five Year Limited Warranty On All Morphic Envirotech Inc.’s Air Purifiers

Morphic Envirotech Inc. warrants all of our air purifiers to be free from defects in the workmanship or materials under normal use and service (the “Warranty”) for a period of five (5) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of purchase. During the Warranty Period, should a product be determined to be defective, Morphic Envirotech Inc. shall repair or replace the defective product (at Morphic Envirotech Inc.’s option) within a reasonable period of time. Emitter bulbs and pre-filters are excepted unless supplied defective.

If you purchase your product directly from our online  store (www.MorphAirStore.com) your product is immediately under the Warranty. If your product is purchased through a third-party, visit http://www.MorphicEnvirotech.com/warranty/ to validate the Warranty.

Remedy Procedures

If the Morphic Envirotech Inc. product proves defective within the Warranty Period, the purchaser may ship the defective unit prepaid to Morphic Envirotech Inc. directly at the address below together with a dated proof of purchase and a short written description of the defect. Before shipping the product, please contact our office by phone or email to receive a Return Authorization Number to speed your replacement.

Limitations

  1. The Warranty shall extend five (5) years from the date of purchase and covers each originally purchased unit.
  2. The Warranty provides for replacement of parts and units only but not the costs of removal of defective units or installation of replacement units.
  3. Damage caused to Morphic Envirotech Inc. units by the purchaser is not covered by the Warranty.

Jurisdiction

The Warranty is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction into which the Morphic Envirotech Inc. products are sold. Such laws may modify and take precendence over the terms of the Warranty.
